DARRIYHAN EDMOND (he/him)

Founder/Co-Executive Director

Darriyhan Edmond is a dedicated advocate for individuals affected by HIV. Known for his unwavering commitment to raising awareness and promoting education around HIV-related issues, he has worked tirelessly to empower those living with HIV by providing resources and peer support to enhance their quality of life. As Co-Executive Director, Darriyhan will continue to make a significant impact through his advocacy efforts, focusing on dismantling stigma and ensuring access to healthcare services. His passion and dedication inspire many within the community and beyond.

LATONIA WILKINS (she/her)

Co-Executive Director

Latonia Wilkins is a dedicated advocate and leader in the fields of public health, social justice, and HIV/AIDS awareness. With a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) degree, Latonia has devoted her career to advancing health equity, amplifying the voices of marginalized communities and created inclusive spaces for all. As the Co-Executive Director of Project RED Paint, Inc., she has been instrumental in the organization’s re-emergence, focusing on community-driven solutions, strategic partnerships, and innovative program development. 

LEROY MCLAURIN (he/him)

Associate/Communications Director

LeRoy McLaurin, 36, is a New Orleans native and community advocate for The Hetrick-Martin Institute in NYC. A proud LGBTQ community member for over 20 years, he has lived confidently with HIV for over 15 years. His platform, "I've Been Walking," inspires others to find strength in resilience and faith, reminding them that personal journeys can lead to courage and fulfillment.

Now based in NYC, LeRoy actively engages with community organizations, including Project RED Paint, where he will bring so much to the role of Associate and Communications Director through his insight, experience, and dedication. His mission, "SEEK," stands for Support, Empower, Encourage, and Knowledge, driving his commitment to uplifting and educating LGBTQIA+ youth and broader communities nationwide.
